I have worked in gyms such as 24 Hour Fitness, New York Sport Club, Retro Fitness, Four Fitness etc. and after learning from so many excellent coaches and working with a diverse clientele with unique needs, I decided to create a system of my own to help people achieve their fitness goals. My personal motto is that we all have to embrace and love our bodies!

I can relate to many women out there, however, I took it upon myself with the help of my wife, Monica, to finally lose 50 lbs. With that being said, I feel amazing and most importantly, I am happy. Besides helping my patients in the hospital, I want to help people that struggle with their weight like I did, that’s why I decided to become a fitness instructor. My personal motto is that Motivation gives you the consistency to succeed!
