MCS FITNESS system is a Semi-Private FUNCTIONAL ANAEROBIC TRAINING designed for WOMEN, with the combination of weight, strength, functional training in a giant set manner to promote and improve, muscular strength, balance, endurance, coordination, flexibility, muscle growth and extreme calorie burn. Our system allows you to burn calories even when you are at rest.

We want our clients to see us as family by creating a community where people believe in themselves and that they are capable of accomplishing their fitness goals. We want our clients to feel that we care about them and understand that their success is our success.

I have worked in gyms such as 24 Hour Fitness, New York Sport Club, Retro Fitness, Four Fitness etc. and after learning from so many excellent coaches and working with a diverse clientele with unique needs, I decided to create a system of my own to help people achieve their fitness goals. My personal motto is that we all have to embrace and love our bodies!

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and weight management, functional training and step acertified instructor. I’ve always battled with weight issues, low self- esteem, you name it. I can relate to many women out there, however, I took it upon myself with the help of my wife, Monica, to finally lose 40 lbs. With that being said, I feel amazing and most importantly, I am happy. Besides helping my patients in the hospital, I want to help people that struggle with their weight like I did, that’s why I decided to become a fitness instructor. My personal motto is that Motivation gives you the consistency to succeed!
